Skill interactions
Blood is Power, Plague Signet and Soul Leech are all elite skills. This template cannot be equipped as shown for ordinary combat. To build around Blood is Power, replace the other elite choices rather than copying the bar unchanged.
Blood is Power sacrifices health to give another ally energy regeneration, not health regeneration. Blood Magic affects the energy benefit, not the listed health-sacrifice percentage. Allow for your own recovery before repeatedly supporting an ally.
Life Siphon gives a foe health degeneration and gives you regeneration. Blood Renewal sacrifices health, provides regeneration and heals you when it ends. Dark Pact also sacrifices health, but deals shadow damage instead of recovering health.
Barbs adds damage when its target takes physical damage; it does not cause bleeding. Spinal Shivers interrupts skills when its target takes cold damage and charges you energy for those interrupts. Without cold damage from your party, do not expect that interrupt effect.
Plague Signet transfers conditions from you to a foe, not from an ally to you. Soul Leech steals health when its target casts a spell, not whenever it spends energy. They offer different elite roles and cannot simply be added beside Blood is Power.
